Integration of CGI characters in Real Images productions

Jon Uriarte Sastre
Supervisor of shading, lighting and texturing
Bren Entertainment

In this conference, Jon Uriarte is going to explain the integration processing of CGI images with real image used for one of the last projects in which Bren Entertainment worked. It is a film co-produced between the Argentine company Patagonik (producer of films like “Son of the Bride”, “Kamchatka” or “Nine queens”) and Filmax Animation.

In Argentina, the film will be titled “Perez, the little mouse of the teeth”, although is not sure yet that this will be the definitive title in it distribution in Spain. The film was shot in Argentina and the part that Bren Entertainment did was modeling , shading, animation and illumination of all the character and 3D elements that appears in the film. In coordination with Patagonik, Bren made the integration of these images in 3D with the scale models that were shot previously.
