2010

The venue of Mundos Digitales 2010 is the new building of Fundación Caixa Galicia in A Coruña. Its purpose is to preserve, promote and gather within its walls the main cultural expressions of a modern, free and prosperous society.

In this building, the Fundación Caixa Galicia has made a considerable advance towards its principal objective of acquainting the public with the main manifestations of our time, a mission that requires an extraordinary effort to make a network of cultural spaces available to the whole community.

Past and future mix in a building which gives the impression of an ocean wave coming into The Cantones and breaking against a glass facade and lighting which allows the well-known traditional galleries in one of the most remarkable areas of the city to be reinterpreted.
