Carlos Fueyo is a creative director, filmmaker and co-founder of playard studios, a studio specializing in virtual production and real-time narratives. With over 15 years of experience in the film industry, Carlos began his career in architecture, and his transition to filmmaking allowed him to apply a unique spatial and narrative eye to visual design. 

In recent years, Carlos has led the implementation of innovative workflows based on real-time engines such as Unreal Engine, combining new tools with traditional methodologies to streamline processes and empower creative vision from the earliest stages.

Through playard studios, he promotes a production model that unites technology, design and narrative, developing both services for large studios and his own intellectual properties such as Replica, a science fiction story built entirely with virtual production tools. Its approach seeks to redefine current working models, balancing efficiency, sustainability and artistic control, at a key moment for the future of VFX.
