With a degree in Industrial Engineering and Business, Victor Marti began his career as an engineer in the Supply Chain department of Danone Food Company. After five years at the food company, he made the leap to the entertainment industry and founded an audiovisual production company with a group of partners. Although this initial adventure was not successful, it allowed him to get to know and enter the world of audiovisual postproduction in a crucial period of technological transition from analog formats, 35 mm film, to digital formats.

In 2009 he founded Postflow, a company dedicated to supervise the post-production of films and series in Spain. For nine years, he led and expanded the company, managing a team that supervised the post-production of more than 30 audiovisual projects. These included mainly international feature films, but also series, documentaries and commercials.

In 2018, he joined Netflix as Postproduction Director for Spain and Portugal. Since then, thanks to his innovative and strategic vision, he has pushed the audiovisual production standards of the national industry and driven the only Netflix-managed post-production facility in the world, in Tres Cantos, Madrid. As of April 2024, as Head of Production for Netflix Spain and Portugal, he has expanded his roles and responsibilities to lead the production, post-production, visual effects and security teams that oversee all of Netflix's local content, including movies, series, documentaries, reality shows and non-fiction programs.
