Steve Jelley is an award-winning producer, and a pioneer in the world of virtual production. With a background in digital media, Steve co-founded Hammerhead Interactive in 2011, which grew to become one of the world’s leading virtual reality and volumetric capture companies. Steve played a key role in developing the technology and infrastructure that led to virtual production as we know it today, and evolved Hammerhead Interactive into Dimension Studio. Dimension is now firmly established as a world-leading virtual production company and Steve continues to be passionate about ensuring that the technology can be as powerful of a creative tool for filmmakers as possible. 

Steve’s large body of work ranges from major studio-level features and television to independent films. Some notable recent series include Roland Emmerich’s epic historical show Those About To Die, Apple TV’s Masters Of The Air (Executive Produced by Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg) and Taika Waititi’s comedy series Time Bandits, also for Apple TV. Recent feature films include Robert Zemeckis’s Here starring Tom Hanks and Robin Wright, and Disney’s Pinocchio, also Directed by Robert Zemeckis.
