Monica Singh Haley has a diverse work experience in various roles within the animation and production industries. Monica works as the Head of Human Resources & Recruiting at Blur Studio from 2013 to the present. Prior to that, she freelanced as a Producer/Production Management from 2009 to 2013. 

Monica also worked as a VFX Production Manager for Freelance VFX - Commercials in 2004. In 2001, she was the Animation Department Manager at Weta Digital and a Producer at YAYA. Monica started their career as an Associate Producer at Crave Entertainment in 1999 and worked as Administration/Associate Producer at DreamWorks SKG from 1997 to 1999.

Monica Singh Haley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan. Monica further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Washington. Additionally, they have obtained certification as a Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management.
