Joined El Ranchito in 2021 to develop the company's training area. He is a senior professional with more than 25 years of experience, including several years in Japan, and holds the current position of Training and Development Director. David is responsible for the training areas and Machine Learning, and dedicates his time to three main functions. 

On the one hand, he coordinates training activities for El Ranchito's team. On the other hand, he leads ELR Training, the Nuke composition internship program for juniors. And finally, he drives the adoption of artificial intelligence technologies to improve visual effects within the Machine Learning area. He enjoys contributing to the development of the company, both technically and personally. He considers himself intuitive and empathetic, and tries to always keep curiosity alive as a source of motivation.
