1 - Organising Entity

The company Azken Muga S.L., with registered office in Madrid, is organising a free prize draw for promotional purposes, to be held via the company's official Discord server, on the occasion of its participation in the Mundos Digitales 2025 event.

2 - Participation Requirements

• Be over 18 years of age.
• Be a member of the official Azken Muga Discord server.
• Complete the registration form provided by the official bot by clicking on the ‘Register for the draw’ button.
• Not be already registered with a previously used ID.

3 - Duration

The registration period will begin when the participation message is enabled in Discord, and will end automatically when the bot proceeds to the execution of the draw through the command /draw.

4 - Draw Mechanics

The draw will be carried out through the official Azken Muga bot on Discord, the bot will randomly select 1 winner and 2 alternates, using the random.sample method with a visible public seed to guarantee transparency. The winner and alternates will be announced publicly on Discord and will receive their participation coupon beforehand by direct message. The draw will be recorded in an official report, automatically generated and sent to the organiser.

5 - Condition for the Prize Delivery

• The winner must present his/her ID card to validate the veracity of the participant by checking it against the ID card entered in the draw.
• The winner must be physically present in the area of the Azken Muga stand at Mundos Digitales 2025 at the time of the announcement.
• In the case that the winner is not present, the prize will automatically pass to the first alternate, and subsequently to the second, provided that they are present.
• If none of those selected (winner or substitutes) is present, the draw will be repeated at the same time with the same participants until a winner is present.

6 - Prize

The prize will be a G-Series LUNA category computer valued at 5000€. It will be delivered in person at the Azken Muga stand on the day of the draw. If the winner is unable to take it, he/she may choose to have the equipment sent to him/her during the week following the draw. Deliveries will only be made to Spain or Portugal.

7 - Personal Data

The data collected (name, surname, telephone number and DNI/NIE) will only be used for:

• Verify the identity of the winner.
• Avoid duplicates in the draw.
• Generate a personal participation coupon.

The participant file will be stored locally, no data will be passed on to third parties, and will be deleted after the prize has been awarded.

8 - Disqualification

• Has provided false or incomplete data.
• Registers more than once or attempts to manipulate the system.
• Does not comply with the aforementioned requirements.

9 - Acceptance of the Rules

Participation in this draw implies full acceptance of these legal bases. Any aspect not covered will be resolved by the organisation.

10 - Responsibility

• Azken Muga is not responsible for technical problems with Discord or the bot that prevent the registration or delivery of messages.
• Impossibility of contacting the winner due to an error made by the participant when entering their details.

11 - Modifications and Cancellation

Azken Muga reserves the right to modify these rules or cancel the draw for justified reasons, notifying it by the appropriate means (Discord or official social networks).
