Steve Jelley is an award-winning producer and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in virtual production, technology and mixed reality content creation. Steve co-founded Hammerhead Interactive in 2011. This company grew to become Dimension, one of the world’s leading virtual production and virtual human companies. 

Dimension was merged with Journey in December 2025, forming a global experience design powerhouse that tells multi-dimensional stories in all media channels.

He combines technical expertise and innovation with a passion for storytelling. He believes that modern filmmaking techniques including virtual production, GenAI and real-time technologies are a powerful creative tool for filmmaking at every level - from major studio-level features to independent productions. His screen credits include: Those About to Die, Masters of the Air, Here, Pinocchio, No Way Up, and the forthcoming Sirius.
