1 — Organising Entity

Azken Muga S.L., with its registered office in Madrid, is organising a free promotional prize draw in connection with its participation in Mundos Digitales 2026. The draw will be conducted through the company's official Discord server.

2 — Participation Requirements

Participants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a member of the official Azken Muga Discord server.
• Complete the registration form provided by the official bot by clicking the "Register for the Giveaway" button.
• Not already be registered using a previously submitted DNI/NIE identification number.
• Follow the official Instagram account @azkenmuga.
• Like the official giveaway post: https://www.instagram.com/p/DZm6euWCCW5/
• Share the post to their Instagram Stories and tag @azkenmuga.

3 — Duration

The registration period will begin as soon as the bot automatically publishes the participation panel in the designated Discord channel and will close automatically when the bot runs the draw using the /draw command.

4 — Draw Mechanics

• The draw will be conducted through Azken Muga's official Discord bot.
• The bot will randomly select one winner and two reserve winners using the random.sample method with a publicly visible seed to ensure transparency and allow independent verification of the results.
• The winner and reserve winners will be announced publicly on Discord.
• Each participant will receive a participation voucher via direct message (DM) upon successful registration.
• The draw will be recorded in an official report generated automatically and delivered to the organiser.
• The seed used for the draw will be published alongside the results so that anyone may independently verify the outcome.

5 — Condition for the Prize Delivery

• The winner must present their original DNI/NIE identification document to verify their identity against the registration details provided.
• The winner must be physically present at the Azken Muga stand during Mundos Digitales 2026 at the time of the announcement.
• The winner must be able to demonstrate compliance with all three Instagram requirements: following the account, liking the post, and sharing it to their Stories while tagging @azkenmuga, by showing their mobile device to the organiser.
• If the winner fails to meet any of the Instagram requirements, the prize will automatically pass to the first reserve winner. If the first reserve winner also fails to meet the requirements, it will pass to the second reserve winner.
• If the winner is not present at the time of the announcement, the prize will pass to the first reserve winner and subsequently to the second reserve winner if necessary.
• If none of the selected participants (winner or reserve winners) are present or meet the requirements, the draw will be repeated immediately using the same pool of participants until a valid winner is obtained.

6 — Prize

The prize consists of a C-Series workstation valued at €3,000. The prize will be awarded in person at the Azken Muga stand on the day of the draw. If the winner is unable to take the equipment away immediately, they may choose to receive it within the week following the draw. Shipping is available only to addresses in Spain or Portugal.

7 — Personal Data

The information collected (first name, surname, telephone number, and DNI/NIE) will be used solely for the following purposes:

• Verifying the identity of the winner.
• Preventing duplicate entries.
• Generating the participant's personal entry voucher.

Participant records will be stored locally on Azken Muga systems, will not be shared with third parties, and will be deleted after the prize has been awarded.

8 — Disqualification

Any participant may be disqualified if they:

• Provide false or incomplete information.
• Register more than once or attempt to manipulate the system.
• Fail to meet any of the participation requirements during verification.
• Are unable to demonstrate compliance with the Instagram requirements at the stand.

9 — Acceptance of the Rules

Participation in this giveaway constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any matter not expressly covered herein shall be resolved by Azken Muga.

10 — Responsibility

Azken Muga accepts no responsibility for:

• Technical issues affecting Discord, Instagram, or the bot that prevent registration or message delivery.
• Inability to contact the winner due to errors made by the participant when providing their information.
• Issues arising from third-party platforms (Discord or Instagram) that are beyond the organiser's control.

11 — Modifications and Cancellation

Azken Muga reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the giveaway where justified circumstances arise. Any such changes will be communicated through the appropriate channels, including the official Discord server and official social media accounts.
