The emergence of generative AI is profoundly transforming the audiovisual sector, creating new opportunities and challenges that require a critical and informed approach. The study, initiated by the national association AI Assemble, aims to analyze these changes from an ethical, legal, environmental, and operational perspective, drawing on the insights of professionals from various fields.

Drawing on her experience as the director of an animation studio, she has participated in this collective reflection to understand the impact of AI not only on technical processes but also on accountability, decision-making, and the role of the industry.

Her presentation focuses on training and change management, emphasizing that the responsible adoption of AI depends, above all, on training, leadership, and AI literacy as the foundation for building more ethical and future-ready organizations.
