Of his 30 years of experience in the industry he spent the first 5 working on commercial software development, both at independent plugin developers and working directly with Autodesk. The last 25 years he has been in studios leading inhouse technology teams to support the creative teams.

He was the 5th person join Ilion Animation Studios when it was originally setup and saw it grow to over 300 people. And more recently he spent 4 years at Technicolor leading the software development for Mikros Animation that had 2500 employees working on 6 feature films and 12 episodic series at the same time.
