Most of the "demons" we face as professionals, and human beings, are not technical demons.

It is not learning more or less about Photoshop, Arnold, Shotgun, Maya or Nuke that gives us a bad life.

Yes, they have their difficulties, but they are relatively conquerable and harmless "demons". What really tortures us is dealing with ourselves.

With our own demons:

  • Impostor syndrome.
  • Procrastination.
  • Extreme perfectionism.
  • Fear of success or failure.
  • Lack of sensitivity when communicating with others, or extreme sensitivity when they communicate with us....

To give a few examples…

These children of Beelzebub make us writhe in anxieties, sick leave, somatisation and other undesirable outcomes.
In this talk I will share with you the origin of some of these personal demons.
To understand where they come from, why you may have some of them and your neighbour has others, and most importantly, how to get rid of them.
So that you can spend your day-to-day life creating, enjoying your job or learning, and not giving yourself a hard time or wishing the rest of the world to go up in flames.

P.S: In case you think we are going to make a coven, drinking "queimada", we are not, we are going to work on presenting, understanding and learning tools to make these mental mechanisms, that we all have, more bearable for you...

I am not a priest, nor a witchdoctor, I am an artist who has had to deal with these demons many times, and having training as a therapist I want to be able to give you some more peace of mind for your life and your profession.
