The facial rig is one of the parts of the rig that can vary most from one production to another depending on the style and characteristics of the characters, so it often goes through the development team to modify and adjust its characteristics to those that demand each production. To develop a successful facial rig, you have to be ready to face it.

In this workshop developed by Antonio Méndez, Rigger in Ilion Animation Studios, some guidelines will be explained to try that those who are going to face a development of rigging do not die in the attempt and come out unscathed from the battle.
